Refund policy

All our katanas are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. To initiate a return, please email us at support@kokorokatana.com, and we will provide you with the closest return address. Note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.

All items must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

Once we have received and inspected your return, please allow 4-5 business days to receive the refund depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we'll process the first exchange for every customer for free. Note that you must cover the cost of shipping the original order back to us. The item must be in re-saleable condition, with the original label attached and all tags and accessories. It must be returned within 14 days of the delivery service marking it as 'Delivered'. If you do not return it back to us using a tracked delivery service, we cannot guarantee we will receive it.

In order to initiate an exchange please contact support@kokorokatana.com with the subject line 'Exchange' and also include your order number. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours to aid you with your exchange.
